Amul is looking to get a larger chunk of the dairy business. As milk procurement gets more organised, it presents a significant opportunity plus the ability to launch more value-added products will widen the portfolio. If that is the dairy piece, the next frontier will be organic food where Amul, through its farmer network and distribution, is well-positioned.
