As the festive season wrapped up in India, the automobile industry started struggling with weakening demand yet again. Almost every carmaker has reported considerable losses. But despite the losses, they are hopeful that lucrative deals and discounts on new launches would help boost demand post festive season too.Here are some cars that will hit the market in December.
Nissan MagniteNissan Magnite can be booked now, having been launched on Dec 2. It is a sub-compact SUV equipped with modern features like an eight-inch touchscreen, a fully digital instrument panel, wireless phone charging pad, automatic AC, rear AC vents, cruise control, push-button stop/start, puddle lamp, tyre pressure monitoring system.
Tata Altroz TurboTata Motors is expected to launch a turbo-petrol option of its popular Altroz Turbo. The car is expected to be priced at Rs 7.99 lakh for the base XT model and the top-of-the-line XZ(O) trim will be priced around Rs 8.75 lakh.
Audi S5 SportbackThe brand is yet to announce the launch date of its latest Audi S5 Sportback. The car will have an all-black interior, fully digital inclement cluster, flat-bottom steering wheel, virtual cockpit, large infotainment display screen. The car is expected to be priced between price ranges of Rs 75 to 80 lakh.
Mercedes-Benz A-Class LimousineThe Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine will come with the latest features such as a panoramic sunroof, MBUX system, wireless charging, widescreen display amongst others. It will come in two powertrain options that are likely to include 2.0-litre petrol and diesel motors and a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol motor in the AMG variant. The car is expected to be priced upwards of Rs 40 lakh.
Force GurkhaThe new-generation Force Gurkha which was showcased at Auto Expo 2020 will be launched this year. The 2020 Gurkha will be equipped with a new radiator grille, new front bumper, and redesigned tail lights.The car gets features like a touchscreen, new instrument panel, AC, front power windows, dual front airbags, etc.
