Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2020, has come out with its report which showcases brands that provide the best employee value proposition.The report showcases that in 2020, work-life balance emerged as the top Employee Value Proposition (EVP) driver for the Indian workforce while choosing an employer as it was cited by 43 per cent respondents, followed by attractive salary and employee benefits (41 per cent) and job security (40 per cent). The REBR sought views of over 1,85,000 respondents (general public, aged 18-65) on 6,136 companies in 33 countries.Here are the most attractive employer brands.
10. Tata Consultancy ServicesAt number 10 stands TCS. The company is currently planning to hire as many as 40,000 freshers in India amid the coronavirus crisis.
9. ITC GroupThe Indian multinational conglomerate is at number nine on the list of most attractive employers in the country. The company is evolving and adapting to changing times with a focus on FMCG business.
8. Dell Technologies LtdDell technologies sits at eighth position on the RERB survey 2020. The company has recently launched its new gaming portfolio in India with the Alienware m15 R3, Dell G5 15 SE, Dell G5 15, and Dell G3 15.
7. IBMIBM is the seventh most attractive employer brand in the country according to the report.
6. SonySony India is the sixth most attractive employer brand as per the REBR survey 2020.
5. Mercedez-BenzMercedez Benz India comes in at the fifth position on the list. The luxury carmaker is optimistic that the festive season ahead may help pick up its dwindling sales.
4. Infosys TechnologiesIT giant Infosys is the country's fourth most attractive employer brand. The company, with more than 2 lakh employees in India posted 11.5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit at Rs 4,233 crore in its first quarter of the financial year 2020-21 (Q1FY21).
3. Amazon IndiaE-commerce giant Amazon India is the country's third most attractive employer brand. The company with 62,000 employees in India, has been working steadily to expand its operations across the country over the past many years. As per the REBR findings, Amazon scored high on financial health, utilisation of latest technologies and a strong reputation.
