BlackBerry on Wednesday launched its Z3 smartphone at Rs 15,990 in India.
The phone weighs 164g / 5.78 oz and has navigation features such as all-touch screen, with intuitive gesture based navigation. The on screen Keyboard (portrait/landscape), features contextual auto-correction, next-word prediction, and a personalised learning engine.
Z3 has BlackBerry 10 operating system and a dual Core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm MSM8230 processor.
The smartphone has 1.5GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage, with expandable memory up to 32 GB.
The Z3 has a 2500mAH non-removable battery with up to 15.5 hours talk time and up to 16.2 days standby time.
The phone has a 5 MP rear auto-focus camera with flash, continous and touch to focus features.
Its 1.1 MP fixed-focus camera front camera enables 720p HD video recording. The phone has advanced sensors such as accelerometer, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor. The security features include password protection, screen lock, and sleep mode.
