The theme for Business Today Mindrush this year is 'Rebrain or Rot', which is also the new theme of the Business Today magazine. It is about re-learning in an ever-changing world, said Prosenjit Datta, Editor, Business Today while delivering the opening speech.
Business Today's fifth edition of MindRush, with the stimulating theme 'Rebrain or Rot', took off with an interesting and an extremely relevant discussion on 'How to Make Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers, Millennials Work in One Frame'.
It is important for organisations to nurture a growth mindset than stick to the traditional fixed mindset, in a world where change is the norm, said Eduardo Briceno, Co-founder of Mindset Works.
The panel discussion on 'Reinventing Organisations: Do you predict and control, or sense and react' highlighted that change is constant, and organisations should be looking at it at all times.
