Building further on Kia Sonet being among the top-selling compact SUVs in India, the Korean carmaker is set to launch the 2023 Kia Sonet Facelift on December 14. A redesigned grille flanked by new LED headlights, LED DRLs and fog lights and a refurbished bumper can be spotted in Kia’s teaser for its Sonet Facelift. A brand new infotainment system will also be a highlight for those looking to purchase the 2023 Kia Sonet. The compact SUV will get ADAS tech and offer options of a 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine; 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, and a 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine
The expected price (ex-showroom) for the 2023 Kia Sonet Facelift is estimated to be between Rs 8 lakh to Rs 15 lakh. The rivals in the sub-4m SUV for 2023 Kia Sonet Facelift would be Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Kia’s parent company’s popular compact SUV Hyundai Venue
Lamborghini Revuelto is the first HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) hybrid super sports car supercar by the Italian luxury sportscar manufacturer. Touted as the successor to Lamborghini’s Aventador successor, the Revuelto comes with a 6.5-litre version of the V12 engine and boasts of a powertrain that delivers 1015 CV total, combining the power of a brand-new 12-cylinder internal combustion engine with three high-density electric motors and a groundbreaking transversal dual clutch e-gearbox
The Lamborghini Revuelto’s silhouette follows the iconic single center line while the sharply sculpted lines and smooth negative radiuses create a high-tech shape. On the exterior, the iconic V12 is on full display in the rear. Lamborghini Revuelto’s interior is being showcased by the car maker as a “Feel Like a Pilot” concept with an easily accessible variety of drive modes, an 8.4-inch vertical infotainment touchscreen and a 9.1-inch interactive display in front of the passenger seat. The upcoming India Bike Week 2023 on December 8 and 9 will take place in Goa as IBW returns for its 10th year. A host of bike debuts and new bike launches are expected to take place during the event
India Kawasaki Motor is set to unveil the Kawasaki Eliminator 450 during India Bike Week 2023. The bike, which had its global debut earlier this year, comes with a 451 cc parallel-twin cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 44.7 bhp at 9000 rpm and 42.6 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. The updated 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 GT and Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro could also be unveiled at India Bike Week 2023. The variants would likely be priced upwards of Rs 14 lakh (ex-showroom)
Yamaha YZF-R3 is another bike launch to look forward to. Powered by a 321cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 40.4bhp and 29.4Nm of peak torque, the Yamaha YZF-R3 comes with a dual-channel anti-lock braking system and upside-down forks. The bike is expected to launch on December 15 within an expected price range of Rs 3.50 lakh to Rs 4 lakh
Simple Energy is set to launch the Simple Dot One electric scooter on December 15. The new e-scooter will have design and specs similar to that of the Simple One, which was launched earlier this year. The Bengaluru-based startup is targeting a price of Rs 1 lakh for the Simple Dot One. It will rival the likes of Ola S1 X electric scooter
