July is going to be a big month for new car launches in India. Popular automakers Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Kia Motors India, and Hyundai Motor India will all have new models to offer. Check out the list of the vehicles that will be entering the Indian automotive market in July

The costliest Maruti Suzuki model to date, the luxury MPV Invicto, is scheduled to be launched in India on July 5. On Monday,Maruti Suzuki opened bookings for their upcoming premium 3-row UV for a token amount of Rs 25,000

The Toyota Innova Hycross rival Invicto will be powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol engine that powers the Hycross. The engine produces 174PS of power and 205Nm of torque and is mated to a CVT automatic transmission

The 3-row UV will be available in both 7-seater and 8-seater configurations. It is expected to come with a host of features, including a sunroof, a touchscreen infotainment system, a 360-degree camera, and a wireless charging pad

Invicto Configurations

The Invicto is expected to be priced between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 20 lakh. It will compete with the Toyota Innova Crysta, the Mahindra XUV700, and the Kia Carnival

Hyundai Motor India will introduce the Exter, a much-awaited micro-SUV on July 10. The company has opened bookings for its latest entry-level SUV, the Hyundai Exter for a token amount of Rs 11,000

Upcoming Exter is based on the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios platform and will be powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine. The engine will have 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT transmission choices, with a maximum output of 114 Nm and 83 horsepower

Features

The car will be equipped with a front grille flanked by projector headlamps and H-Signature LED DRLs. The front face is completed by prominent skid plates and the 'Exter' badge. The car stands on diamond-cut alloy wheels housed in blacked-out wheel arches, has a floating roof design, bridge-type roof rails and side sill cladding

Hyundai Exter Design

The Exter is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh. It will be available in five variants: EX, S, SX, SX (O), and SX (O) Connect. It will compete with cars like the Tata Punch, Nissan Magnite, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis

The much-anticipated 2023 Kia Seltos facelift is set to launch on July 4 with updated engine, features and design 

Kia Seltos Facelift

The Seltos facelift will be equipped with a 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine with the new 1.5-litre motor and it will churn out an output of 158bhp and 253Nm of torque.  The 2023 Seltos will have both 6-speed manual and CVT automatic gearboxes and it will also have a 113bhp 1.5-litre diesel engine with a torque of 250Nm

Kia is planning to upgrade from the previous version by introducing Advance Driver Assistance System (ADAS) which will feature Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist and Intelligent Speed Limit Warning
