Brand Finance India has released its annual list of the 100 most valuable Indian brands of 2023. In the post-pandemic era, India's 100 most valuable brands have seen growth. The total valuation of these Indian brands has been estimated to be around $2 trillion

Tata Group has retained its title of being India’s most valuable brand with a growth rate of 10.3% to US $26.4 billion. This is the first time an Indian brand has surpassed the US$25 billion mark. Tata Group is the only Indian brand to feature in the top 100 of the Brand Finance Global 500 2023 list

The cumulative value of Infosys has been reported to be $13 billion as of June 7, 2023. It has retained its 2nd ranking in spite of the tough geo-political conditions in the IT services sector

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), which completed one year of its listing in May 2023, has been valued at $9.8 billion

Mukesh Ambani-led RIL’s brand valuation has dropped to $7.4 billion. It is the 5th most valued brand in the country. It is followed by State Bank of India (SBI) with a valuation of $7.3 billion

Anand Mahindra-led Mahindra Group has become the 7th most valued brand in the country with a valuation of $7.1 billion. As per the sector-wise report, Mahindra Auto is among the fastest growing auto brands globally. Tech Mahindra has had the biggest jump in global rankings. Mahindra Group’s profit in the last fiscal year crossed Rs 10,000 crore for the first time on revenues of Rs 1,21,269 crore

- Royal Enfield, MRF Tyres, Mahindra Auto, TCS, Infosys, Amul, and Taj Hotels have ranked high in the global sectoral rankings

Brand Finance India has also released the Brand Strength Index 2023. Taj Hotels have once again emerged to be the strongest brand in India with a Brand Strength Index score of 89.4 out of 100
