Ghazal Alagh became an entrepreneur in 2016 when she couldn’t find toxin-free baby products for her son. She co-founded Mamaearth with her husband in 2016. The company initially launched six baby products. Two years on, it expanded into skincare and haircare, which today account for 80% of its sales. Mamaearth's parent company Honasa Consumer became the first unicorn of 2022

Arundhati, the Salesforce India Chairperson and CEO, is the only women chairperson of State Bank of India to date. She joined SBI as a 22-year-old and went on to become the SBI chairperson in 2013. She is remembered for the way she transitioned the 217-year-old state-owned lender into a digitalised enterprise
