Elvish Yadav, recently granted bail in the snake venom case by a Noida court, now faces charges in Gurugram for using prohibited snakes in his videos.
Gurugram Police booked Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav, known as Fazalpuria, following a court order prompted by animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta's complaint.
Saurabh Gupta, associated with BJP MP Maneka Gandhi's People for Animals, approached the court alleging the use of prohibited snakes in a viral video shot by Elvish Yadav in a Gurugram mall.
With the recent case, Elvish Yadav now faces three cases in Delhi-NCR, including two related to rare snakes and one for assaulting YouTuber Maxtern.
Elvish Yadav was also accused of supplying snake venom to a rave party in Noida, a case filed by Maneka Gandhi's PFA.
Reports suggest that Elvish confessed to arranging snake venom for rave parties, organized by Maneka Gandhi's PFA as a decoy to uncover those involved in supplying snake venom.
Apart from the mentioned cases, there are several complaints against Elvish Yadav for alleged threats towards individuals.
Following his bail, Elvish Yadav released a video acknowledging the challenging phase in his life and expressing gratitude to his supporters, signalling a return to his work.
