As per the Cigna study, 39% of respondents cited financial concerns as a significant source of stress. Additionally, findings from a study conducted by DailyPay and Harris Poll revealed that 48% of participants reported being unable to leave their parents' homes due to financial constraints, while 33% expressed worries about inflation hindering their ability to purchase a home.
Despite challenges, Gen Z has demonstrated resilience and adaptability, surviving the global pandemic and other historical struggles.
