“Both price and momentum indicators suggest that Wednesday’s low of 19,554 shall be a short-term bottom and the index is likely to witness a pullback over the next few trading sessions. “Index has strong support around the 19,550-19,600 zone. Coming to the OI Data, on the call side, the highest OI observed at 19,800 followed by 19,900 strike prices while on the put side, the highest OI is at 19,600 strike price,” said Deven Mehata, Equity Research Analyst, Choice Broking

"Bank Nifty held on to its 78.6% Fibonacci support (44,360) and witnessed a sharp bounce back. We believe that a short-term bottom is in place and the Bank Nifty is likely to witness a pullback over the next few trading sessions. On the upside we expect the Bank Nifty to pull back towards 45,000 initially and above that potentially towards 45,200,” said Jatin Gedia – Technical Research Analyst at Sharekhan by BNP Paribas

COMEX Gold prices extended decline and traded near $1,912/oz, owing to continued outflows from exchange-traded funds and easing concerns of default as US Senate Democratic and Republican leaders agreed Tuesday on a plan to keep the government open through mid-November, as per Kotak Securities. The report added that immediate supports levels for MCX gold October futures are at Rs 58,142 and Rs 58,060 while resistance levels are at Rs 58,378 and Rs 58,532

Gold Price: Analyst outlook

WTI Crude oil futures jumped towards $92/bbl as signs of market tightness and expectations of yet another draw in crude inventories pushed premium for near-term US barrels to near the highest in more than a year, as per Kotak Securities. The report added that immediate supports for MCX crude futures for October delivery are seen at Rs 7,567 and Rs 7,537 while resistance levels are at Rs 7,627 and Rs 7,657

BMW is set to launch its iX1 electric SUV in India  today (September 28). The new offering from the German automaker will be its fourth EV in India after BMW i4 sedan, BMW iX SUV and BMW i7 sedan. BMW iX1 electric SUV price is expected to be around Rs 65 lakh, making it a competitive offering against Volvo XC40 Recharge, which starts at Rs 56.9 lakh
