Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan tweeted, "Search and rescue teams were immediately dispatched to the areas hit by the quake. We hope that we will get through this disaster together as soon as possible and with the least damage.”
US President Joe Biden called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to express condolences and offered assistance. The White House shared that they will be sending search-and-rescue teams to support Turkey in the crisis
Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave his condolences and offered all possible support needed to deal with the disaster. India has already sent the first shipment of earthquake relief goods along with NDRF search and rescue personnel, medical supplies, drilling machinery and other critical equipments
