After losing the WTC Final to Australia by 209 runs, team India will be flying off to the Caribbean for an away series with the West Indies.

What’s next for team India ?

The Men in Blue will play two Tests, three ODIs and five T20Is during their month-long tour in the West Indies. The series will begin on July 12 with the first Test Match

The first test match will be played from July 12 to July 16 at the Windsor Park, Dominica. The match will start at 7:30 pm IST. The second test match will be played at the Queen’s Park Oval, Trinidad from July 20 to July 24. The match timing will be 7:30 pm IST

Even though Australia won the WTC Final on Sunday, the controversy around Shubman Gill’s dismissal has been widely debated

The cameras showed that the ball touched the ground just after the player caught the ball. Still, the third umpire Richard Kettleborough gave it as ‘out’.

Following the match, team India was fined 100% of their match fees for a slow over rate. Shubman Gill was fined 115% of the match fees – 100% for slow over rate and 15% for publicly criticising the official.
