This will be the first time that the IPL auction is held outside of India. Out of 333 players up for auction, only 77 players will be selected.

Gujarat Titans' now ex-skipper Hardik Pandya, who had led the team to the IPL 2023 finals, had been bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 15 crore as an annual fee as part of an all-cash deal.
