Market ends higher: Top gainers & losers

Benchmark indices settled higher on Tuesday amid a highly volatile trading session. Headline index NSE Nifty closed at 19,890-level. Top gainers on the Nifty50 platform were Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Tata Motors, BPCL and Coal India while losers included Cipla, Apollo Hospitals, Hindustan Unilever, Sun Pharma and ITC.

Stocks such as Adani Enterprises, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, Adani Ports and ICICI Bank were most active on NSE today, in terms of value. Tata Steel, Tata Motors and PowerGrid were the other buzzing stocks on the platform, in terms of volume.

Adani Total Gas share price today

Shares of Adani Total Gas emerged as the top gainer in the NSE 500 index. The stock jumped 19.97% on NSE today to settle at Rs 644.2.

Adani Energy Solutions share price today

Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) shares surged 18.65% to close at Rs 865.1. At this price, the company commanded a market capitalisation (m-cap) of Rs 96,501.3 crore.

Adani Power share price today

Shares of Adani Power gained 12.34% to end at Rs 446.2 today. The company's market cap came at Rs 1,72,096.6 crore.

Adani Green Energy share price today

Shares of Adani Green Energy rose 12.25% today to settle at Rs 1,052.8. The company's market valuation stood at Rs 1,66,766.9 crore.

Raymond share price today

Shares of Raymond fell sharply today. The stock dived 4.17% to close at Rs 1,579.75 on Tuesday.

Suzlon Energy share price today

Nifty outlook

"We reiterate our view to continue with the 'buy on dips' approach and prefer stocks with relatively higher strength for fresh buying," said Ajit Mishra, SVP - Technical Research at Religare Broking.
