Market settles in red: Top gainers & losers

Benchmark indices slipped on Tuesday, pausing their three-day winning run. Headline index NSE Nifty settled at 19,407 level. Top losers on the Nifty50 platform were Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finance, JSW Steel, Divi's Labs and Reliance Industries while gainers included Sun Pharma, BPCL, NTPC, Dr Reddy's and IndusInd Bank.

Active stocks

Stocks such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, SBI and Reliance Industries were most active on NSE, in terms of value. Tata Steel and ONGC were the other buzzing stock on the platform, in terms of volume.
