Benchmark indices ended higher on Friday amid positive global cues. The 30-share BSE Sensex gained 118 points to 62,547 and Nifty climbed 46 points to 18,534.

Shares of Hardwyn India will turn ex-bonus on June 5, 2023. The firm has announced issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:13.  In the same session, the multibagger will trade ex-split from face value of Rs 10/- per share to Rs 1/- per share.

Shares of Apollo Hospitals will be tracked on Monday (June 5) after the firm said it has rescheduled its annual general meeting (AGM) to August 30 from August 28 earlier.
