The domestic equity market was trading higher on Friday. Sensex rose 84 points to 70,949 and Nifty gained 39 pts to 21,293.

This confirms the success of the buy on dips strategy, which has played out consistently in the ongoing rally. The global cues continue to be favourable with the dollar index below 102 and the US 10-year bond yield hovering around 3.9%."
Shares of Rajesh Exports rose over 4% in early trade today as the stock of the jewellery maker turned ex-dividend today. The company announced a dividend of Rs 1 and the ex-date for the same was December 22, 2023. Rajesh Exports stock zoomed 4.38% to Rs 363.25 in early deals against the previous close of Rs 348.
Shares of Polycab India slipped 3% in early trade after the investigation wing of the Income Tax Department carried out searches at nearly 50 locations across the country. Polycab India shares slipped 3% to Rs 5450 on BSE. The stock closed at Rs 5620.60 in the previous session.
Shares of Indian Railway Finance Corporation were trading flat at Rs 97.85 today. Total 92.07 lakh shares of the firm changed hands amounting to a turnover of Rs 91.14 crore on BSE today. Market cap of the firm fell to Rs 1.27 lakh crore on Friday.
Shares of Trent were trading flat at Rs 2957.50 today. Total 2.89 lakh shares of the firm changed hands amounting to a high turnover of Rs 85.81 crore on BSE. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 1.05 lakh crore.
Shares of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd reclaimed the Rs 300 mark in early trade today after the Mini Ratna firm received a work order from NF Railway Construction worth Rs 66.83 crore. RailTel Corp shares rose 4.34% to a high of Rs 304 on BSE today against the previous close of Rs 291.35 on BSE. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 9674.69 crore.
Shares of YES Bank were trading flat at Rs 21.17. The bank saw 353.95 lakh shares changing hands amounting to a high turnover of Rs 75.05 crore. Market cap of the bank climbed Rs 60,308 crore.
Shares of IIFL Finance were trading 5% lower at Rs 565.20 on BSE. The bank saw 271.66 lakh shares changing hands amounting to the highest turnover of Rs 1509.88 crore. Market cap of the NBFC fell to Rs 21,512 crore.
