Shares of SJVN fell 0.66% to close at Rs 75.17 in the previous trading session. The company said it has signed a power purchase agreement for 200 MW Grid Connected Wind Power Project with Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. The tentative cost for development of this project is Rs 1,400 crore, it mentioned.
Shares of UCO Bank slipped 1.13% to close at Rs 39.38. The PSU bank said it has retained and recovered 79% of the amount wrongly credited to the bank after its Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) was hit by a technical snag. It has initiated requisite actions to recover the balance amount of Rs 171 crore, UCO Bank further stated.
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care shares fell 0.26% to settle at Rs 18.120.95. The counter will trade ex-dividend today. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 105.
