The 30-share BSE pack rose 76 points or 0.10% to end at 73,961 and the broader NSE Nifty index moved 42 points or 0.19% up to close at 22,531. Stocks such as Bharat Dynamics, Samvardhana Motherson, Adani Total and Vodafone Idea were among the top gainers on Nifty 200 during this week.
Bharat Dynamics Ltd's stock was the top gainer this week in the Nifty 200 universe as the scrip soared 10.82% to Rs 1,557.35 on NSE. The stock has gained 57.86% in the last one month.
Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd's stock surged 10.12% this week to Rs 151.25 on NSE, and was among the top gainers in the Nifty 200 universe. In the last one month, the stock has jumped 15.63%.
Adani Total Gas Ltd's stock was also among the top gainers in the Nifty 200 pack this week as it moved 8.63% higher to Rs 1,039.3 on NSE. The stock has gained 13.08% in the last one month.
Vodafone Idea Ltd's stock surged 8.54% to Rs 15.25 on NSE in the week ended on May 31, and was among the top gainers in the Nifty 200 universe. The stock has climbed 13.38% on a monthly basis.
Adani Power Ltd's stock was also among the top gainers in the Nifty 200 universe this week as it jumped 6.25% to Rs 755.8 on NSE. In the last one month, the stock has surged 26.79%. Shares of Ashok Leyland, AU Small Finance Bank, Power Finance Corporation, Torrent Power and Union Bank of India also picked up pace during the week on NSE 200.
