Tim Cook opened the doors of Apple's Saket store to the public
The Apple Store has been opened on the first floor but attendees occupied all levels of the mall to witness CEO Tim Cook and Apple's second store in India
The Apple Saket Store has been opened in Select City Walk mall in South Delhi
The Saket Store is the second Apple retail outlet in India after Apple BKC in Mumbai
Apple Saket has a uniquely designed curved storefront with white oak tables displaying Apple’s products and accessories, as well as a feature wall manufactured in India.
The store features a dedicated Apple Pickup station which makes it easier for customers to order online and collect their devices in-store.
Apple Saket and Apple’s operations in India run on 100 percent renewable energy and are carbon neutral.
Apple says the store has more than 70 highly skilled retail team members who come from 18 states in India and collectively speak over 15 languages
Apple will offer the Genius Bar support at the Saket store. Under this service, Apple will offer hands-on technical and hardware support to customers. But they will need to make a reservation
