The 2023 Hyderabad E-Prix will be the first Formula E race to be held in India on February 11. It will be the first FIA World Championship event to be held in India after the last F1 Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in 2013

The E-Prix will be held on a street circuit- a 2.83km long track with 18 corners will host 32 laps of the race on Saturday, with vast views of the Hussainsagar lake while winding through Lumbini Park
In an exclusive conversation with Tech Today’s Aayush Ailawadi, Jaguar TCS Racing star driver Mitch Evans had no qualms about the harsh temperature in Hyderabad. He said, “We train for this, it’s all part of the job.”
Mahindra Racing team and two other teams have an Indian connection: Jaguar TCS Racing, which is owned by the Tata Group, and considers the Hyderabad E-Prix to be a “half-home race”, and ABT motorsport, which uses Mahindra powertrains in its cars
Aayush Ailawadi interacted with James Barclay, Team Principal, Jaguar Racing, who expressed delight that the venue for India’s first Formula E Race was in Hyderabad. Barclay said, “This is a home race for us how we feel and we TCS is our title sponsor.”
11 teams will be part of the Formula E race in Hyderabad. They are Avalanche Andretti Formula E, TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team, NEOM McLaren Formula E Team, Envision Racing, Jaguar TCS Racing, Mahindra Racing, DS Penske, Nissan Formula E Team, Maserati MSG Racing, NIO 333 Racing, and ABT CUPRA Formula E Team
The tickets for the Hyderabad Formula E-Prix are priced from Rs 100 to Rs 1,25,000 and can be purchased online
