The company disclosed enhanced security for customers using its payment app Google Pay to make digital payments. These include multi-layered warnings to let users know of any fraudulent activity on their account
Your payment information is kept secure because Google Pay sends a virtual account number rather than your actual card number to the merchant when you tap to pay
Create a screen lock to increase security when using Google Pay. In order to make your purchases more secure, you must first unlock your device with a unique PIN, pattern, or fingerprint
You can remotely lock your phone, log out of your Google Account, and erase your data using Google Find My Device in the event that it is ever lost or stolen. This safeguards your payment information
Google Pay claims that it doesn’t sell your personal information to third parties
