The Galaxy S23 Ultra is the flagship model and features a new 200MP Adaptive Pixel sensor and improved Nightography capabilities
The Ultra model also has an Expert RAW app that offers DSLR-style shooting and editing in RAW and JPEG formats
The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch QHD+ Edge Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate in Game Mode
The Ultra has four camera sensors on the back, including a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 200 MP wide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom
The front-facing camera is a 12MP sensor with a F2.2 aperture
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is powered by a 5000mAh battery with a 45W power adapter sold separately
It is available in 8GB and 12GB RAM models with storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB
The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ have an upgraded camera design, with the contour housing removed and a similar design to the previous year's model
The Galaxy S23 and S23+ are also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and have an optimized GPU that is 41% faster than the Galaxy S22 series
