Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, emphasizing the importance of early registration to secure a place for the pilgrimage.
Interested travelers must register with a valid Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) issued by an authorized doctor, Aadhar Card, or a government-recognized valid identity card obtained on or after April 8, 2024.
The registration fee for Yatra 2024 is Rs 150 per person, ensuring accessibility for devotees from diverse backgrounds.
Registered passengers must collect the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card from designated centers in Jammu and Kashmir divisions before commencing the journey, essential for entry control at Domel/Chandanwadi.
Pilgrims can choose between the traditional 48-kilometer Nunwan-Pahalgam route in Anantnag district or the shorter but steeper 14-kilometer Baltal route in Ganderbal district, offering flexibility in pilgrimage options.
To ensure a safe and seamless pilgrimage experience, pilgrims must adhere to guidelines such as obtaining a medical certificate, complying with document format requirements, and adhering to age and pregnancy restrictions.
