As per reports, Welspun Group Chairman BK Goenka has bought India’s costliest apartment, which is a triplex in Three Sixty West, a luxury project at Annie Besant Road, Worli. The three penthouses are on 63rd, 64th and 65th floor in Tower B of the apartment
BK Goenka’s apartment’s cost is Rs 30,000 per square feet. As per reports, BK Goenka with an estimated net worth of $1.3 billion, as per Forbes, plans to live in the penthouses worth Rs 240 crore and has already completed the paperwork
The project has been built by Oasis Realty, a joint venture between businessman-builder Sudhakar Shetty and builder Vikas Oberoi's Oberoi Realty. The latter has reportedly bought a penthouse worth Rs 240 crore for himself
