The Union Ministry of Railways has launched Bharat Gaurav Tourist trains under the central government’s ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ and ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. As part of this several, Bharat Gaurav Tourist trains are being operated by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) from different parts of India to cover important pilgrimage sites

The Bharat Gaurav Punya Kshetra Yatra via Puri-Kashi-Ayodhya Bharat Gaurav train will start on May 27. It is an 8 nights and 9 days long trip. The point of origin is Secunderabad. The destinations are Ayodhya, Gaya, Konark, Prayagraj, Puri and Varanasi 

Puri-Kashi-Ayodhya Yatra

The Bharat Gaurav Tourist train will start from Indore on May 16 and its destination will be Puri-Gangasagar. The trip has been termed as ‘Grand Kashi Yatra’. The train will pass through Indore, Dewas, Ujjain, Rani Kamalapati, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni and Anuppur

Bhavya Kashi Yatra

The duration of the Bharat Gaurav Tourist train Puri-Gangasagar Bhavya Kashi Yatra is 9 nights and 10 days. The passengers of the Bharat Gaurav Tourist train will be able to visit Gangasagar, Kolkata, Vaidyanath, Varanasi and Ayodhya

Reportedly, more than 450 people have already booked the tickets. The capacity of the Bharat Gaurav Tourist Indore train is 780 passengers. The fare will include a hotel stay along with three meals, and pick and drop facility to and from tourist destinations

On May 29, a second Bharat Gaurav Tourist train will be launched for ‘Tirupati Dakshin Darshan Yatra’. The train will pass through Dewas, Ujjain, Shujalpur, Rani Kamalapati, Itarsi, Betul and Nagpur stations

Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train’s Dakshin trip will be 9 nights and 10 days long. It will include sightseeing in Kanyakumari, Madurai, Rameshwaram, Tirupati and Trivandrum. The trip’s fare is Rs 18,700 and 150 people have made bookings so far
