Aging Nawab Wajid Ali Shah of Lucknow was fond of meat but could not chew as his teeth were weak. Hence, a team of cooks created the minced mutton kebab in a way that it literally melts in the mouth
Founded in 1975, Kolkata’s Peter Cat has been placed at the 17th spot. The place is famous for its Chelow Kebab. It is a fusion of Persian and Indian culinary traditions including skewered and grilled meats served with buttered rice and a half-cooked egg
