The 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly talk show, Mann Ki Baat will be aired on April 30 (Sunday) at 11 am. Before the broadcast of Mann Ki Baat’s centenary episode, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting organised an event to celebrate this milestone
The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) organised a ‘national conclave’ to commemorate the 100th episode of PM Modi’s talk show Mann Ki Baat, which completes its 100 episodes this Sunday. The monthly talk show, which has been touted to be an audio-first product, is both LIVE broadcasted and telecasted on news channels and radio stations
The day-long event was inaugurated by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. Union I&B Minister Anurag Thakur was the Guest of Honour. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and MoS for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary were also present at the event
Famous personalities such as silver medallist Paralympian Deepa Malik, two-time world champion boxer Nikhat Zareen, Oscar winner Ricky Kej, Bollywood stars Aamir Khan and Raveena Tandon joined a host of radio jockeys, presenters, entrepreneurs and artists at Mann Ki Baat@100 conclave
Speaking at the Mann Ki Baat@100 conclave, Amit Shah said, "Through 'Mann Ki Baat', Modi Ji conveyed the environmental significance of the festivals celebrated in different parts of the country."
“It is not essential to become an Engineer. Whatever field you choose, if you excel in or contribute to the development of the nation then PM Modi will be there to appreciate you,” said Paralympian Deepa Malik
“Mann Ki Baat had a huge impact on the people of India. It is a historic step taken by PM Narendra Modi,” said Aamir Khan
All those citizens who were mentioned and lauded for their work by PM Modi during Mann Ki Baat episodes were invited to the event. Apart from that several COVID warriors were also invited

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have released two books - a coffee table book on ‘Mann Ki Baat@100’ and 'Collective Spirit, Concrete Action' by SS Vempati, former CEO of Prasar Bharati. A commemorative postage stamp and coin on the 100 episodes of 'Mann Ki Baat' have also been unveiled during the valedictory session
