The apartment in New York City where Heath Ledger died in 2008 has been sold for $14.25 million.
The 4,400-plus-square-foot-unit apartment is located in Soho and demands a monthly rent of around $25,000.
The apartment has three bedrooms, three baths, an open floor plan, coffered ceilings, adn cast-iron columns.
Ever since 'The Dark Knight' star's death, the chef’s kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have been renovated with high-end appliances and interiors.
The apartment also has a woodburning fireplace, central AC and laundry room.
The triplex penthouse in the building built after his death was sold at $49 million in 2021.
As per The New York Times, architect Griffith Thomas originally designed the building in 1873. Thomas also designed the New York Life Insurance Building
