Shikhar Veer Singh and Nidhi Singh first met in Haryana while pursuing BTech in Biotechnology. Shikhar later pursued MTech from the Institute of Life Sciences in Hyderabad. Their love continued to grow and they finally married each other

After trying out at a few companies, Nidhi started working at a pharma company in Gurugram. Her salary package was Rs 30 Lakh. On the other hand, Shikhar Singh was the Principal Scientist at Biocon in 2015, when he decided to quit his job to pursue his start-up dream

The two start-up founders initially started setting up the cooking station using their own salary. But with bigger operations, they needed bigger kitchens and staff. Hence, the couple sold their dream apartment in which they had lived only for one day. They used that money to rent out a factory for Samosa Singh
