After two successful seasons, the business reality show ‘Shark Tank India’ is set to return for its third season and the shooting for the show has begun. The show is an adaptation of the popular US show Shark Tank.

The show provides a unique platform for emerging inventors and entrepreneurs to present their ideas to a number of highly successful business personalities (Sharks) with the objective of gaining investments from them.

The show has seen various judges in the first two seasons like BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover, Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal, Lenskart’s Peyush Bansal, Mamareath’s Ghazal Alagh, CarDekho’s Amit Jain, boAt founder Aman Gupta, SUGAR Cosmetics CEO Vineeta Singh and Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ Namita Thapar.

For the third season of Shark Tank India, the ‘sharks’ from season 2 Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh and Amit Jain are returning for the show.

While many fans had been waiting for Ashneer Grover to return, the founder of BharatPe has clearly stated that he is not going to return to the show. So, at least for the third season he will not be a part of the show.

The first season was hosted by Ranvijay Singha while the second season had comedian Rahul Dua as its host. The producers are yet to announce the host for the upcoming season.

Sony Entertainment Television has started accepting online registrations for the upcoming season. Interested applicants can complete the application process through SonyLIV application or the official website of the show

Shark Tank India Season 3: Registrations

Interested applicants for Shark Tank India Season 3 have to share their personal and business information to complete the application process. Apart from this, they have to prepare a 3-minute pitch video to showcase their business ideas. Additionally, they also have to provide credentials including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, company registration documents and a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

Shark Tank India Season 3: Requirements

Though there is no official release date for the third season, Sony is expected to start the telecast in December this year. Shark Tank India Season 3 will be telecast on Sony Entertainment Channel and will be available to stream on the OTT platform SonyLIV.
