He further said that the US government possesses "intact and partially intact" alien vehicles, some as large as a football field. US defence contractors have been recovering fragments of non-human craft for decades, and some incidents were linked to “malevolent events”, he said

David Fravor, a former Navy commander, who is one of the witnesses in the UFO hearing case, recalled sighting a strange object during a 2004 training mission. Ryan Graves, a retired Navy pilot, saw multiple UAP sightings off the Atlantic coast. This has renewed interest in the UFO phenomenon

US lawmakers have been using the term Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) instead of UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) to broaden the scope beyond airborne objects to unidentifiable "submerged objects or devices"

UFO or UAP?

The UFO and extra-terrestrial enthusiasts won’t be getting any proof of UFO sightings as of now. One of the representatives, Tim Burchett, claims to have seen "compelling evidence" that suggests the US is encountering UFO-like phenomena which is beyond this Earth

Proof of UAP sightings

Following several sightings, the US Air Force investigated UFOs under a report codenamed: 'Project Blue Book' from 1947 to 1969. It was concluded that none of the UFOs were flown by aliens or were a threat to US national security

History of UFO

In February, following orders by US President Joe Biden, a US F-16 fighter jet shot down an octagonal-shaped object over Lake Huron on the US-Canada border. This was the third consecutive shooting down of UAP or UFO-like objects. Further, a rigorous investigation was conducted to understand the impact of radiation emitted out of the UFO on human bodies. Though, none of the observers found any aliens inside the UFO
