Named Byakuya, this Japanese ice cream has made it to the Guinness Book of World Records for being the world's most expensive ice cream

It took chef Tadayoshi Yamada almost 1 and half years to produce the world’s most expensive ice cream
Cellato is set to release more products with other combinations of expensive ingredients such as champagne and caviar. They aim to break more such records in the future, as per Guinness World Records
