Real estate sector sees increase in bookings in Q3FY21

Booking of real estate units in Ahmedabad in Q3FY21 increased by 25% from Q2FY21. 

Real estate booking in Bengaluru decreased by 40% in Q3FY21 on Y-o-Y basis but increased by 19.5% on quarterly basis.  

Total number of units booked in Chennai in Q3FY21 reached 2,584, increasing by 10% on Q-o-Q basis.  

Real estate booking in Kolkata has been consistent during previous two quarters. It increased by 4% in Q3FY21 as compared to Q2 FY 21.

MMR has witnessed the highest increase in units booked among other cities. Real estate bookings in Mumbai increased by 40% in Q3FY21 as compared to Q2FY21.

Total real estate bookings in NCR during Q3FY21 were 6,242 as compared to 11,920 units booked in Q3FY20.
