The United States is leading when it comes to vaccinations. It has inoculated 29.6 per cent people with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine while another 11.6 per cent have been administered the first dose.
At second place stands the United Kingdom. Of its 68 million population, 20.7 per cent have received both doses of COVID-19 vaccine while another 29.5 per cent have been given the first dose.
Turkey stands third on the list with full inoculation of 10.2 per cent of its 84 million population while another 5.8 per cent have been given the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
With a population of 60 million, Italy has vaccinated at a fast rate. 9.2 per cent of Italy's population have been inoculated with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine and another 12.8 per cent have been given the first dose.
Spain has inoculated 8.9 per cent of its 47 million population while 15.1 per cent people have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Sixth on the list is France. With a population of 68 million, France has administered both doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 8.7 per cent of its population while another 12.8 per cent have received the first dose of the vaccine.
Seventh on the list is Germany with 7.4 per cent of its 84 million population being fully inoculated with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine while another 18.3 per cent having received the first dose.
Brazil has given both doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 6 per cent of its 213 million population while 7.3 million have received the first dose of the vaccine. Brazil is the eighth most vaccinated country in the world.
The ninth most inoculated country against COVID-19 is Russia where 4.9 per cent of the population have been inoculated with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine while another 3.3 per cent have been given the first dose of the vaccine.
Tenth in the list is India with only 1.8 per cent of 1.38 billion citizens having been inoculated with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine while another 7.1 per cent having received the first dose.Mudit KapoorGraphics by Pragati Srivastava
