As per the report, there are various challenges thea the employers face while providing health and wellbeing programmes for their employees the top reasons among them are rising benefit cost, lak of data, lack of appropriate technology solutions and lack of employee engagement.

The employers are also involving family members to improve the overall wellbeing of their employees. Almost 25% of employers are beginning to engage the family in one way or another
