Indira Gandhi International Airport inNew Delhi has been voted the second best airport in the world, according toAirport Service Quality Report 2016, which was released by Airports CouncilInternational. Delhi's T3 airport, inaugurated in the year 2010, is a two-tier building spread over 5.4 million sq ft of space that almost equals to 200 football fields.

Delhi's T3 is the only airport in India that has 3 runways, allowing parallel take offs and landing, making it one of the most busiest airports.
T3 is in the league of the few airports in the world which can host commercial operations of Airbus A380, the world's largest aircraft.

The building has over 20,000 sq meters of retail space that boasts national and international brands, duty free stores and eateries.
T3 has multi-level parking which can accommodate 4300 cars and a separate surface parking area that can take on nearly 2200 cars. The building is in close proximity with the Delhi metro which is walking distance from the arrival and departure section.
