Priced at Rs 22.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi),
Renault India on Thursday launched its SUV Koleos. It is a five seated crossover SUV, which the company is planning to pitch against the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Honda CR-V and Hyundai's Santa Fe.
The SUV is the company's second vehicle in the Indian market after the
sedan 'Fluence' , which was launched in May.
Renault to launch 4 new cars by 2012 "The new Koleos will make its world debut a few days from now at the Frankfurt Motor Show. We are highly optimistic about the product..." Renault India Managing Director Marc Nassif said.
The Koleos is powered by a 2 litre diesel engine and is available in four wheeled drive option with six speed automatic transmission.
