The third leg of the Royal Ranthambore Business Today Golf 2023-24 was successfully held at the majestic Boulder Hills and Country Club in Hyderabad on Saturday, 18th of November. Weather gods blessed the field on a lively day of camaraderie and competition. The action started early with top corporates and celebrities from the twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad driving in for a full day on the greens. A competition also included a fun golf clinic for newbies and those fine-tuning their game. Keen competition was seen in all three categories and a countback was applied to decide the winner in the men’s 15 to 24 handicap section where Vidyasagar and Aditya Sahkamuri finished level on 33 points. Syed Akbaruddin, India’s former permanent representative to the United Nations and presently Dean of the Kautilya School of Public Policy, attended the event as chief guest and gave away the prizes. Shweta Gullapalli won the women’s competition. While Vasu Merugu topped in the men’s 0 to 14 handicap category. In the men’s 15 to 24 handicap section, Vidyasagar topped on countback. As Royal Ranthambore Business Today Golf heads towards its next leg at the Panchkula Gold Club in Chandigarh on the 16th of December, a very special thanks to the sponsors...
