In the seventh phase of the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, polling will be held in all 13 constituencies of Punjab, 13 in Uttar Pradesh, 9 in West Bengal, 8 each in Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, all 4 constituencies in Himachal Pradesh, 3 in Jharkhand and the constituency of Chandigarh.

In the seventh phase, there are 10.02 crore voters, out of which 5.27 crore are male, 4.75 crore voters are female and 3,435 voters are of third gender.

1,12,986 Polling booths are set up across 8 states/UT covering all 59 constituencies in Phase VII of the Lok Sabha elections 2019.

918 candidates are in fray in the seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2019.

In the state of Punjab, 13 parliamentary constituencies (PC) namely Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Khadoor Sahib, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Anandpur Sahib, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Faridkot, Firozpur, Bathinda, Sangrur and Patiala will go to poll in the 7th Phase of General Elections, 2019.

Out of the 13 constituencies, 9 are for General Category while 4 constituencies - Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Fatehgarh Sahib and Faridkot are reserved for Scheduled Castes. A total of 278 candidates are contesting for the 13 constituencies out of which 24 are women. A total of 23,213 polling stations have been set up in the state.

Entire Himachal Pradesh will vote in phase-7 of General Elections. Polls are held in all 4 parliamentary constituencies of Kangra, Mandi, Hamirpur, and Shimla. 45 candidates, including only 1 female candidate, are in the fray for the 4 Lok Sabha seats. The only female candidate is contesting from Kangra constituency. There are 53,30,154 total voters in the state out of which 27,24,111 are male, 26,05,996 are female and 47 third gender voters. 7,723 polling stations have been set in Himachal Pradesh.

In the entire 2019 Lok Sabha election process, there are 89.9 crore voters who will cast their vote for over 2,354 registered political parties represented by over 8,000 candidates to win their claim to 543 Lok Sabha seats. The 2019 Lok Sabha elections was conducted in 7 phases.
