Former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis' associate Mangal Prabhat Lodha has said Prime Minister Narendra Modi will focus on economic development and infrastructure in the next five years. He praised Mumbai's uniqueness, saying 'Nobody can replace and beat Bombay'. Lodha also defended the Maharashtra government's Ladki Bahan Yojana, predicting it will become 'the world's biggest NGO'. Maharashtra Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha has stated that not a single real estate company goes into loss due to interest rates. He claimed that black money is now out of the real estate sector, with everything being 'white'. Lodha also predicted that no cooperative bank failures will occur in India after 5 years, attributing this to measures taken by the Modi government.
