In Conversation With Hyundai COO, Tarun Garg On BTTV

Hyundai has launched its mini SUV Exter to take on the likes of Tata Punch, Renault Kiger and the Nissan Magnite. The base variant of the Exter is priced at lakh rupees and prices go up to 10 lakh rupees for the top-end AMT model. In an interview with Business Today TV, Tarun Garg, the Chief Operating Officer at Hyundai Motor India said the company had identified a void in the entry-level SUV market and is determined to capitalize on it. Furthermore, he stated that Hyundai is actively engaged in developing a wide range of electric vehicles and has allocated 20,000 crore rupees in Tamil Nadu for this purpose.
