AI Manipulation Raises Alarms, From Rashmika Mandanna To Katrina Kaif

A day after southern sensation Rashmika Mandanna fell victim to a deep fake video, altered images of Katrina Kaif hit social media. The image has been created from a scene of the upcoming Salman Khan-starrer Tiger 3. Though the image was soon deleted from most handles, it still highlighted a big emerging problem. The fake videos triggered calls for AI regulation in India. The Minister of State for IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar tweeted. The video was created using AI tools, where one can easily morph and replace individual faces in videos and pictures. Watch this report to know more.
