Around 25 residents of the luxurious Trump Towers in Worli, Mumbai have approached the Bombay High Court against the property developers for not giving 10 hours of free flying in a private jet to residents as mentioned in the sale agreement. Macrotech Developers (formerly known as Lodha Group) are the developers of Trump Tower Mumbai, a 78-storey ultra-luxurious residential building. The project was launched by Donald Trump when he visited India as President of the US. The residents enjoy exclusive access to an elite white-glove service, while the exclusive 24/7 private gymnasium provides world-class fitness regimens. The residents in their petition, accessed exclusively by Business Today TV, demanded that the developer should give them 10 hours of free flying in a private jet without any additional charges or give a refund of Rs 40 lakh to each resident as compensation. Macrotech had responded saying the residents could fly with a particular aviation company but only after paying several charges. The Bombay High Court on October 11 allowed the two side to sort the matter out via arbitration.
