Cals Refineries Case | FIR Order Against Madhabi Puri Buch | SEBI, BSE Move To Bombay High Court

Bombay High Court has granted an urgent hearing to SEBI and BSE’s pleas against an FIR order in the Cals Refineries case. The court has issued oral directions restraining the registration of the FIR until March 4.
