PM Modi Doesn't Own House, Car, Has ₹52,000 In Cash: Election Affidavit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi filed his nomination papers for the Varanasi parliamentary seat in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. According to his affidavit, PM Modi owns movable assets worth ₹3.02 crore and has ₹52,920 in cash, but does not own any land, house, or car. The affidavit also reveals that PM Modi's taxable income increased from ₹11,14,230 in 2018-19 to ₹23,56,080 in 2022-23. He holds two accounts in the State Bank of India (SBI), with ₹73,304 deposited in the Gandhinagar branch and ₹7,000 in the Varanasi branch. Additionally, the Prime Minister has a fixed deposit worth ₹2,85,60,338 in SBI and four gold rings valued at ₹2,67,750.
