PM Modi Speaks On Manipur And Says India Stands With People Of Manipur

Addressing the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi referred to the entire population of 1.4 billion as his extended family. He expressed that in the past few weeks, there had been a wave of violence in various parts of North East India and certain other regions of the country, particularly in Manipur, where lives were lost and the dignity of mothers and daughters was violated. However, in recent days, there have been continuous reports of peace prevailing. The nation stands with the people of Manipur.
