According to reports, Tata is at the initial stages of deliberation regarding the potential spinoff of Agratas Energy Storage Solutions, aiming to establish it as an independent entity. Agratas specializes in producing batteries for both the automotive and energy industries and boasts Tata Motors and Jaguar Land Rover as notable clients.
